The current store region does not list it. China is a common example. On the download page, sign out inside the App Store app, sign in with an Apple ID from a listed region, and search Shadowrocket. Do not only change iCloud in Settings.

Any listed region works. The US store has the most write-ups, so tutorials mention it often. It is not required.

No. We do not provide, lend, or sell them. Shared accounts lose devices and get locked. Register your own.

Set payment to None. If it still asks, change payment to None on Apple’s account site, or follow the store prompt to add a usable method or balance. The app price is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

No. Switch back to your daily account. The app stays on the Home Screen. To update later, sign back into the purchase store account temporarily and update from Purchased.

Shadowrocket on the App Store is a one-time purchase, with no in-app subscription. Monthly or metered fees, if any, are for the node service you bought. That is a separate bill from the $2.99.

This site does not provide that, and we do not recommend it. Unsigned packages and unknown profiles are a security risk. Buy it on the App Store only.

Shadowrocket does not ship servers. Build your own, or get a subscription from a provider you trust, then follow import in the tutorial. This site does not recommend vendors or buy plans for you.

Save only stores the URL. Open that subscription and tap Update to fetch nodes. If Update fails, check that the link is complete and that this network can open the URL.

The content is the same; only the entry differs. After a scan, still confirm the type is a subscription or a single node. Subscriptions still need Update.

Latency is round-trip time, not bandwidth. Rules may also send heavy traffic to a poor node, or global may send local sites through the node too. Change nodes first, then check the routing mode.

That limit is the provider’s, not Shadowrocket’s. The same URL can be imported on more than one iPhone / iPad.

Follow the check order in the tutorial: change nodes, confirm time is automatic, confirm VPN permission, compare global vs rules. A blinking switch is usually a node timeout, not a reason to reinstall.

It is the standard iOS permission that lets an app forward traffic. The configuration is added on this device. It does not hand your Apple ID or browsing history to this site. Without Allow, the proxy cannot work.

iOS / iPadOS only, generally iOS 13 or later. For Android, Windows, or macOS, use a matching client. This site does not cover those apps.

Turn on iCloud sync in Data, and allow the app to use iCloud in Settings, and nodes and config can follow the account. Some Scenes and groups may not sync. Keep a copy of important rules.

Rules split by domain / IP / app; global sends as much as it can to the node. Use rules day to day. For troubleshooting, try global: if global works and rules do not, the rule is wrong.

No. It only stops forwarding. Nodes and subscriptions stay. Turn the switch on next time.

Almost no traffic was sent to a node. Check whether the switch is actually connected, whether routing is Direct, and whether rules marked every domain DIRECT.
